Steve Westra and his family have made a home in North Yarmouth, ME for the last 20 years. Since earning a Masters Degree from Tufts University in Urban and Environmental Policy in 1986, Steve has had the privilege of collaborating on a great variety of innovative residential and commercial projects.  These projects have included planning through development of many suburban and rural residential developments as well as significant village projects such as Yarmouth’s village medical center.
